?I want to go somewhere; I'd like to go a great distance away from people?. These were the words that came out from my cousin?s mouth. He was frightened, sweating, concerned and paniced. We were all puzzled about his behaviour and actions. After he went away, the officers were attempting to find him. Suddenly they told us that he snuffed out our neighbor. Then we all realized that it was why he felt anxiety.
Anxiety is the sense of uneasiness, fear, worry & frightened. Anxiety occurs when a reaction is out of all proportion with what might be normally expected in a situation. It's a ordinary human emotion that everyone experiences at times. Many people feel these when faced with the issues in life, before taking a test or interview at work, or making a vital decision. Although these feelings are ordinary, it may light the way to anxiety anomalies. Uneasiness disorders could cause such suffering that it interferes with a person?s ability to carry on a regular life. It's a major psychological sickness. These anomalies affect how we feel and behave.
There are several types of anxiety disorders. One of these is Generalized Hysteria. Folks who suffer this regularly feel terrified and worry about health, money, family, work, or college, but they have difficulty both identifying the specific fear and controlling the fears. Like the students, they feel foreboding if the exam is approaching and they haven't paid their tuition yet or the cut off point of their projects is coming. For the debtors, they feel anxiousness if the payment time is coming and they cannot find cash to pay for it. Second is Panic Disorder.
These are folk who have feelings of terror that strike all of a sudden and continually with no warning. Example is my cousin who snuffed out our neighbour. Third is Obsessive-compulsive disorder. These are tormented by continual thoughts or fears that lead them to perform certain rituals or routines. My officemate has this sort of hysteria disorder because she has got an unreasonable fear of germs that she can't go to the public toilet, she mostly wash her hands and always wash glass before and after drinking.
4th is Post-traumatic stress disorder. It is a condition that may develop following a traumatising and/or horrifying event,eg death of family. Best example is my friend who went to my house yesterday. She had a rotten heartbreak because her marriage is approaching and the groom isn't around. She claimed that she was injured and do not really wish to remember the things occurred. Fifth is Social agitation disorder also called social fear, It involves overwhelming worry and shy. It is about everyday social situations. The worry often centres on a phobia of being judged by others, or behaving in a way that may possibly cause humiliation or lead to ridicule.
Example is my pal who is having an affair to a man who is married. She has a sense of anxiousness that folk could not understand her and always judge her. Last is a Specific phobia. It is an intense fear of a specific object or situation, such as snakes, heights, or flying.
Since anxiety is standard that leads to disorder, we should understand how to control it.
